Size Guide
Our pants are sized at the hip. Sizing at the waist is not practical because our pants have an elasticated waistband.
Follow these simple steps to measure your hips and use the table below to find your correctly sized pants. Note, we always recommend adding a minimum of 2" to allow free movement and prevent tearing, this will help to prolong the life of your pants.
1. Remove any outer clothing, stand straight, preferably in front of a mirror and put you feet together.

3. Pass a cloth tape measure completely around the located area, the widest point around you buttocks. Tip, use a piece of string and measure it with a straight tape measure if you do not have a cloth tape measure.
4. Move the tape up or down a little to check you've found the widest point. Now, you should have an accurate hip measurement.
5. We always recommending ordering pants sizes at least 2" larger than your hip measurement. You can use the table below to find the best size for you.

Average Waist and Leg Bands sizes are provided below.
It is worth noting that waist and leg band sizes are often the same for similar sizes, for example size 36" and 38" hip pants both have a small size waist and leg band elastic. Should you find 36" hip pants are too tight around your legs or waist, then it would be necessary to order 40" hip pants which have a medium size waist and leg band.
